How can I pay?

All events must be paid for before your registration is accepted.
Will I be seated with my crop buddies?
Yes, please list those you would like to be seated with on your registration form. We are happy to seat you and your friends together space permitting.
Any suggestions on what to bring?
- Bring scrapbooking or stamping supplies, materials and projects pictures & your camera
- a covered coffee or drink mug
- overnight supplies, toiletries, pajamas, slippers, swimming suit….
- we suggest you wear layers of clothing as the crop rooms are COLD
- shopping money for our excellent vendor booths, massages and yardsales
- Personal light
- Extension cord
- Seat cushion
- Cell phone charger
Will there be Snacks?
We provide water, tea, coffee and sodas as well as a variety of individually packed snacks and chocolate of course!
What other costs are there?
You will need to provide your own meals and hotel room.
Can I Play Music While I Crop?
Outside music and or videos etc… are only permitted with your own earphones so as not to disturb other croppers
Can I stop by to shop?
You are welcome to stop in to check out our crops and to shop with out vendors. Please be considerate of our croppers in doing so.
What hours will the cropping room be open?
Crops room are open either 24 hours or 7am to 1am, depending on location.

Can I come in for a day?
No, we have 4 days crops only
2024 crop fee is $175
Can I leave my things in the crop room?
Yes, the room is locked after the last cropper leaves for the night. However, Scrapping by the Sea is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Can I bring my son or daughter to a scrapbooking weekend?
Scrapbooking by the Sea are a wonderful adults only weekends. Most of our attendees are looking for getaway time to scrapbook and be with their friends. Everyone must be at least 21 years of age.
How many croppers are in attendance? We have 36 – 50 croppers depending on the location.
How much space will I have?
Each cropper will have a 6’ wide table and the width of the tables varies depending on location reserved for them. There is no sharing of tables at these events.
Can I come for just a day?
We do not have day crops. We have a a three day weekend with the option of adding Thursday on some.
Can we share a guest room?
Yes. The room fee is for the room. There are two queen beds in most.
Will there be access to an outlet?
Yes, I will run a 12 outlet surge protector to each bank of tables. Please be sure to bring an extension cord and/or a power strip to ensure that you can easily reach the surge protector from your seat.
