The crop fee is each event is $175.00 *Hotel fees are additional and must be made by the attendee.
Your event fee includes:

• Great hotel room rates for our group!
• Reserved table space just for you 6-foot table for each person.
• 18–24-hour open crop room
• Crop starts at 2pm on Thursday and ends on Sunday at 2pm
• Coffee, tea, water, soda and tons snacks always available
• Several vendors on site for shopping
• Low key games, giveaways and prizes throughout the weekend
• Free Wi-Fi
• Lots of Door Prizes throughout the entire weekend
• Thank you/Welcome gift
• And there are plenty of great local restaurants choose from.

WHEN PAYING FOR YOUR EVENT, PLEASE PUT THE DATE OF THE EVENT ON THE MEMO SECTION OF YOUR PAYMENT SO THAT YOUR PAYMENT IS CONNECTED WITH THE ACTUAL EVENT.
